We collect minimal data required to deliver our static compilation services: your email address, billing information processed via Stripe, connected WordPress site URLs, and build deployment logs.
- ✓Account credentials (email, name, password hash).
- ✓Connected WordPress site endpoints & deployment tokens.
- ✓Aggregated speed performance benchmarks & pageview statistics.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to operate, secure, optimize, and bill the Nimbica service. We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data or site content to third-party advertisers.
3. Third-Party Sub-processors
We utilize trusted infrastructure sub-processors adhering to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards:
- ✓Amazon Web Services (AWS): Secure build pipeline runner compute and storage.
- ✓Cloudflare: Global Anycast Edge network delivery and DNS routing.
- ✓Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
4. Data Retention & Permanent Erasure
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account closure, you may request permanent deletion of all deployment history and build snapshots from our databases by emailing privacy@nimbica.com.
